Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Current valid Driver’s Licence and ability to travel occasionally.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate.
• Satisfactory National Police Records Check.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Working with Children’s Check.

Responsibilities

• Perform After-Hours agent duties on a dedicated roster.
• Support After Hours program operations, including rostering and daily management.
• Supervise staff, provide performance development, training and coaching.
• Recruit and onboard staff, ensuring proper orientation and development.
• Collect and report data for monitoring and evaluation.
• Improve system response to participants, ensuring accountability, availability and accessibility.
• Maintain reporting and information systems.
• Build effective internal relationships to ensure consistent service delivery.
