Job summary

Civmec Construction & Engineering invites applications for a Recruitment Advisor based in Western Australia. You will attract and hire talent for defence, resources, energy and infrastructure projects, partnering with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to deliver a positive candidate experience.

Candidates with blue-collar or white-collar recruitment backgrounds are welcome, including relocation to WA. Civmec offers a collaborative culture and development opportunities across large-scale

Qualifications

  • Experience with applicant tracking software and managing recruitment and onboarding lifecycles.
  • Experience with high-volume white-collar and/or blue-collar recruitment in similar industries.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong time-management skills with a self-starter attitude and high attention to detail.
  • Industry exposure or knowledge is beneficial.

  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre talent across multiple disciplines.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs.
  • Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and stakeholders, providing market insights and recruitment advice.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with internal processes, policies and governance.

Partnering closely with Hiring Managers, you'll provide expert recruitment support, build strong stakeholder relationships, and help create a positive candidate experience from attraction through to onboarding.

With opportunities available in Henderson and Bunbury, WA, these full-time positions offer the chance to support recruitment across some of Australia's most significant projects in the Defence, Resources, Energy, and Infrastructure sectors. The Role

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

  • Possess experience with applicant tracking software and management of the recruitment and onboarding life cycle
  • Demonstrated previous experience with high volume white collar and/or blue-collar recruitment within similar industries
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional time management skills coupled with a self-starter attitude and high attention to detail
  • Industry exposure or knowledge is beneficial
