Coastal Broadcasters, part of Super Radio Network, is seeking an Account Manager to drive advertising growth across Cairns, Mareeba and the Atherton Tablelands. You will manage an existing portfolio while building new business in a fast-paced media environment.

Reporting to the General Manager and based in Mareeba, you'll present tailored radio advertising solutions, service agency partners, and work towards ambitious sales targets while delivering measurable campaign results.

• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing clients with regular updates and recommendations

Your primary area will be Cairns, Mareeba and the Atherton Tablelands, where you will service the market, represent Coastal Broadcasters brands and offer exceptional advertising reach across our collective radio stations.

Our stations attract a vast listening audience stretching north of Cairns, to Mareeba and the Atherton Tablelands, south of Cairns across the Cassowary Coast and down to North of Townsville.

About the role

As an Account Manager at Coastal Broadcasters, you will be responsible for maintaining an existing portfolio whilst building a client base across the region of Cairns, Mareeba and the Atherton Tablelands. You will service the market, represent Coastal Broadcasters brands and offer exceptional advertising reach across our radio stations. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll work from the Mareeba sales office though a Cairns base may be considered for the right candidate.

About you

Previous experience in sales, ideally within media, advertising, or radio (but open to talent from other sectors as well)

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and close deals

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by success

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
