Job summary

Seven Media Group in Bunbury, WA, is seeking an Account Manager to join our high-performing Sales team. You will build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and develop tailored advertising solutions that deliver results across LiSTNR, the Hit and Triple M networks.

You’ll collaborate with internal creative, campaign and commercial teams and maintain CRM records, while actively participating in sales training to grow your market knowledge and career.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of B2B selling experience.
• Experience in media or advertising industry preferred.
• Ability to identify client needs and tailor advertising solutions.

About the role

We’re on the lookout for an Account Manager to join our high performing Sales team in Bunbury!

You’ll join a high-performing sales team focused on driving new business and revenue growth across Seven Media Group. Using your proven sales experience, you’ll build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities and develop tailored advertising solutions that deliver results.

What you’ll do

• Build and manage strong relationships with clients, agencies and key stakeholders to understand business objectives and deliver effective advertising solutions.
• Sell integrated advertising opportunities across LiSTNR, the Hit and Triple M networks!
• Identify, secure and grow new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking and face-to-face client meetings.
• Collaborate with internal creative, campaign and commercial teams to develop tailored solutions that drive client success and revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate CRM records while actively participating in sales training and professional development to continuously enhance performance and market knowledge.

What you’ll need

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence, with the ability to engage and influence target audiences.
• Experience in identifying client needs and designing tailored solutions, ideally within the media or advertising industry.
• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to maximize value for both clients and the business.
• 2-3 years of business-to-business selling and new business development experience, with a proven track record of success.
