Cairns Adventure Group is seeking a Customer Service Team Member to support adventure tourism operations in Cairns, Australia. You will handle guest communications, bookings, and day-to-day coordination to ensure tours run smoothly.

Join a hands-on team, learn our booking systems, and contribute to delivering memorable adventures. Some shifts will require early starts; training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to manage bookings and changes accurately.
• Clear and professional communication with guests and team.

Responsabilités

• Chat with guests via phone and email.
• Manage bookings, changes and pickup details.
• Coordinate morning tour departures.
• Keep information moving between guests, Operations and Field Staff.
• Resolve issues calmly and professionally.
• Promote and upsell adventure experiences.
• Use booking systems like ResPax / Cobber.
