Job summary

Indie Campers, the go-to campervan Marketplace, is seeking a customer-service oriented team member for our Cairns depot. You will be the face of the brand, delivering top customer care while ensuring campervans are clean and well-maintained, reporting to the APAC Area Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include reservations, check-ins/outs, fleet upkeep, staff training, stock control, and liaising with local suppliers. Weekend availability and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail or Rent-a-car desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with customers.
• Eligible to work in Australia with a valid driver’s license.
• Available to work weekends and national holidays.
• Well-organised and able to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservations, welcoming guests and managing check-ins/outs.
• Maintain fleet and monitor maintenance/repairs to ensure top condition.
• Assist in training, supervising and coaching the team.
• Book activities, manage stock, liaise with local suppliers and cleaners.
• Handle complaints, emergencies and local issues to keep operations smooth.
• Prepare and clean campervans for departures.
• Assist in reselling campervans and showing them to buyers.
