Bond University seeks a Database Officer, Advancement, to advise and influence senior management on Raisers Edge (RE) NXT solutions and implement them to support fundraising, communication and donor engagement objectives aligned with the University’s strategic plan. You will help grow philanthropic income and support development of best practice processes across the university.

The role focuses on data hygiene, Raisers Edge usage, and collaboration with fundraisers to advance Bond’s fundraising

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline or relevant experience in a previous position.
• Proven ability in managing a CRM database or similar.
• High accuracy, attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
• Experience with Raisers Edge NXT (or similar) and in tertiary education or fundraising is highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Advise senior management on Raisers Edge NXT solutions and implement them to support fundraising, communication and donor engagement objectives.
• Help grow philanthropic income by supporting the Advancement Services team.
• Support development of best practice philanthropic framework across the University.
• Manage data hygiene and Raisers Edge usage to enable fundraisers.
