Job summary

The University of Sydney Advancement team is seeking a Gift Operations Officer on a fixed term contract until November 2027. You will process gifts from donors and alumni and maintain associated data to support development and alumni relations activities.

You will work closely with fundraising and gift implementation teams to ensure accurate receipting and data maintenance for engagement efforts. As part of a collaborative, high‑performing team, you’ll help deliver scholarship support, research

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator in a high-attention-to-detail environment.
• Experience using Salesforce.
• Strong data processing and data maintenance skills and following procedures.
• Logical, methodical, well-organised with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
