Job summary

Court Services Victoria in Warrnambool is seeking an experienced Advanced Case Manager to deliver high-quality, person-centred support to participants in the Court Integrated Services Program (CISP). You will provide advanced, holistic case management to individuals with complex needs, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to tailor plans that promote recovery and reduce risk.

• Tertiary qualification (minimum Diploma level; Degree highly desirable) relevant to case management with forensic clients.
• Demonstrated experience or capability in case management of clients with complex needs, knowledge in at least one area.
• Detailed knowledge of mental health or disability service systems and stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of evidence-informed practice models for working with clients with complex needs.
• Excellent case formulation and written communication skills.

Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission. About the Role

Join a purpose-driven team supporting individuals with complex needs to achieve stability, recovery, and positive change. We are seeking an experienced Advanced Case Manager to deliver high-quality, person-centred support to participants in the Court Integrated Services Program (CISP). You will provides case management support to individuals participating in the CISP program who present with a range of complex needs, including mental illness and/or cognitive impairment, alcohol and other substance use issues, homelessness, family violence, and/or limited social supports, to support recovery and stabilisation. This role also delivers relief support across courts within the Warrnambool Barwon South Western region. You will provide advanced, holistic case management, working collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to develop and implement tailored support plans that promote recovery and reduce risk.

About You

You are a skilled and empathetic professional with experience supporting clients with complex needs. You will bring:

• Tertiary qualification (minimum Diploma level; Degree highly desirable) relevant to case management with forensic clients, such as social work, psychology, welfare, alcohol and other drug (AOD), or a related field, and/or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience or capability in case management of clients with complex needs, with strong knowledge and/or experience in at least one of the following areas: mental health, acquired brain injury, disability, alcohol and substance use, family violence, or homelessness (highly desirable).
• Detailed knowledge of the mental health and/or disability service system, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
• Sound understanding of evidence-informed practice models and frameworks for working with clients experiencing complex needs, including family violence, disability, mental health, and/or AOD.
• Excellent case formulation and written communication skills.
