Job summary

Court Integrated Services Program (CISP) within Court Services Victoria, part of the State of Victoria, seeks an experienced Case Manager to deliver advanced, client-centred case management to individuals in the Victorian court system in the Barwon South West region.

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will assess needs, coordinate referrals, manage risk, and prepare court reports, helping to promote recovery, stability and better court outcomes.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, welfare, or related discipline.
• Experience delivering case management to clients with complex needs.
• Strong knowledge of mental health, disability and community service systems.
• Excellent written communication and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strengths-based case management to clients with complex psychosocial needs.
• Conduct assessments and develop tailored support plans.
• Coordinate referrals to specialist services.
• Identify and manage client risks with harm-minimisation strategies.
• Prepare high-quality court reports and provide advice to the Court.
• Build partnerships with service providers, court staff and judiciary.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold professional standards.
