Qualifications

• Must identify as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander.
• Lived experience of managing mental health.
• Experience as a peer worker and mentor.
• Ability to deliver psycho-education and run group sessions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive role model for consumers and staff and share personal experiences of recovery.
• Connect with consumers, carers and staff to support recovery and knowledge sharing.
• Support and mentor AO3 Peer Workers.
• Utilise experience to deliver psycho-education that meets consumer needs.
• Lead and facilitate peer-based consumer support groups.
