Qualifications

• Demonstrated lived experience of mental health recovery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Be a recovery role model and connect with consumers, carers and staff.
• Support people to identify meaningful goals and take positive steps.
• Provide psychoeducation to help consumers understand and manage their mental health.
• Represent the consumer voice on recruitment and selection panels.
