Job summary

Channel Factory ANZ is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager based in Sydney to grow a portfolio of clients and drive revenue through YouTube partnerships. You will work with senior sales leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver proprietary technology solutions and measurable outcomes in a fast‑growing AdTech landscape.

You will nurture client relationships, identify market opportunities, and collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure successful campaign

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in digital media, programmatic sales, or online advertising.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Existing relationships with agencies or clients is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organised with good attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a book of business with focus on client retention, renewal, and incremental growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with agency contacts and key stakeholders; communicate Channel Factory's products and alignment with client objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within agencies and direct clients; develop sales plans to hit revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery and share feedback from clients.
• Attend industry events and client meetings to build pipeline and grow brand presence.
• Maintain account plans, track performance across campaigns, monitor KPIs, and contribute to post-campaign reporting.
