Job summary

This full-time fixed-term role supports the university’s strategic growth through accurate, timely admission assessment for domestic and international students across coursework, HDR, scholarships, Study Abroad, and Incoming Exchange paths.

The role reports to the Coordinator, Admissions and emphasizes records management, policy compliance, and high standards in processing applications

OVERVIEW Bond University is seeking an Admissions Officer to join the Office of Future Students in Robina, Australia. This full-time fixed-term role supports the university’s strategic growth and student recruitment objectives through the accurate, timely, and compliant assessment of admission applications for Bond University and Bond University College. The position works across domestic and international admissions for coursework, Higher Degree Research, scholarships, Study Abroad, and Incoming Exchange pathways. The Admissions Officer reports to the Coordinator, Admissions and contributes to maintaining high standards in admissions processing, record management, and policy compliance. The role is suited to professionals with experience in university administration or other policy-driven environments who are comfortable managing competing priorities and working with diverse stakeholders.
