Job summary

OVERVIEW Bond University is seeking a Future Student Advisor to support prospective domestic and international students with enquiries about study options and the application process. Based on the Gold Coast in Australia, this full-time fixed-term role focuses on student recruitment, relationship management, and delivering a premium student experience across walk-in, telephone, and digital channels. The position reports to the Team Lead and contributes to increasing student conversion outcomes through consultative engagement and high-quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective domestic and international students and their families regarding study options at Bond University
• Respond to enquiries across walk-in, telephone, and digital channels
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students
• Resolve a variety of student questions and enquiries
• Use a consultative sales approach to troubleshoot recruitment and sales enquiries
• Provide guidance on study options and program application assistance
• Support relationship management activities with prospective students
• Assist in driving student recruitment for the University
• Deliver premium experiences to improve student conversion percentages
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while managing enquiries and workloads
