Queensland Childcare Services (QCCS) is seeking passionate Lead Educators to join Winston Glades Early Education Centre (EEC).

Schedule: Monday – Friday, up to 38 hours per week (flexible options available). Location: Flinders View. Compensation: Up to $39/hr + super.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (minimum).
• Current Blue Card.
• Leadership experience and strong curriculum knowledge.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Lead curriculum planning and program delivery for children aged 0–5 years
• Mentor and support Assistant Educators
• Foster inclusive, engaging, and safe learning environments

Lead Educator

Lead Educators are responsible for guiding a room with creativity and confidence, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality educational programs.

Your Responsibilities:
