Queensland Childcare Services in Glass House Mountains is seeking an Educational Leader to guide classroom teams and support quality outcomes across our childcare centres. The role offers up to 38 hours per week with a Monday–Friday schedule and a competitive hourly rate of up to $43 plus super.

You will lead with coaching, ensure EYLF and NQS compliance, mentor educators, and contribute to program development. A Blue Card and relevant degree are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education required.
• Experience as a room leader or Assistant Director preferred.
• Use coaching techniques to develop reflective practices.
• Identify areas of improvement and support educators in planning.
• Demonstrate strong communication and professional conduct.
• Understand EYLF and NQS frameworks.
• A current Queensland Blue Card is required.
• Passionate about healthy lifestyle and nutrition for children.

We would love you to have:

• A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
• Previous experience as a room leader/ Assistant Director
• Use your amazing coaching techniques to help develop reflective practices
• Identify areas of improvement and support educators in their planning
• Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
• Have a strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
• A current Qld Blue Card
