Job summary

Queensland Childcare Services (QCCS) is seeking a passionate Lead Educator for the Glass House Mountains Early Education Centre. You will guide a room with creativity and confidence, mentoring team members and delivering high-quality programs for children aged 0–5.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, up to 38 hours per week (flexible options). Location: Glass House Mountains. Compensation: Up to $39/hr + super. This centre recognises growth, professional development, and a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education is the required qualification.
• A current Blue Card is mandatory.
• Leadership experience and strong curriculum knowledge are essential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum planning and program delivery for children aged 0–5 years.
• Mentor and support Assistant Educators.
