Wimmera Truck Centre, part of CMV Group, is seeking an Administration Clerk to support the busy service and parts department in Victoria. You will handle bookings, invoices and customer details with accuracy and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone promptly, screen and direct calls in a professional manner.
• Promptly attend to service bookings that are made via email / internet / telephone.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Produce accurate invoices with clear explanation of works completed.
• Ensure accuracy of customer, vehicle and billing details.
• Provide support to technicians to ensure service reports are accurate.
