Job summary

Wimmera Truck Centre in Horsham, VIC, is seeking a qualified Heavy Diesel Technician to service premium brands such as Kenworth, DAF and Hino, and to support daily workshop operations. This role offers the chance to work with Australia’s leading truck brands in a team environment.

You will be responsible for providing prompt and accurate service, maintaining a strong safety focus, and assisting with breakdown tasks as needed.

About the role

Due to business demands, we are needing to expand our service team further! We are seeking a qualified and highly motivated Heavy Diesel Technician. This is an opportunity to support daily workshop operations while working on premium brands such as Kenworth, DAF & Hino.

About you

You will be a person who is passionate about the truck industry and has used their highly developed skills to provide an outstanding standard of work. You would be responsible for:

• Providing prompt and accurate service and repair of vehicles to meet customers’ needs
• Maintaining our commitment to Safety
• Supporting daily workshop and breakdown operations

Skills & Experience

• Qualified Heavy Vehicle Technician is essential
• Excellent Team Player

• Valid truck driver’s licence (preferred)
