Job summary

Commercial Motor Vehicles Pty Ltd. in Hallam is seeking a Service & Contract Maintenance Coordinator to join our service team at the Hallam Truck Centre.

You will be responsible for creating maintenance contracts and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the term. The role offers excellent benefits, including an onsite gym, above award hourly rates, parental and study leave, and opportunities to support community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Trade qualifications or demonstrated industry/senior administration experience.
• Previous automotive experience, preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and with a variety of key stakeholders.
• Great customer focus and communication skills.
• Exceptional computer literacy and sound organisational skills.
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person or by phone and determine the customer’s needs and vehicle data.
• Plan and coordinate the schedule of service maintenance in line with workshop capacity.
• Liaise with customers regarding invoice queries resolving any issues promptly.
• Prepare customised maintenance schedules to suit varying applications of customers.
• Present contract options to customers at point of vehicle sale and actively pursue new accounts.
• Communicate repairs with customers, working closely with the workshop team and upselling additional works when possible.
• Ensure Customer Service matters are dealt with promptly and efficiently
