Job summary

Darling Downs Health in Kingaroy is seeking an Administration Officer Outpatients to coordinate information, support patient journeys and keep services running smoothly within a collaborative team.   • Confidence using contemporary digital systems and maintaining accurate records and data.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks, work independently and contribute positively within a team.
  • Experience in healthcare or patient administration systems is a plus.

Join our Outpatients team in Kingaroy and help create a positive experience for patients accessing healthcare services. What your day could look like

As an Administration Officer Outpatients, you'll play an important role in helping patients access the care they need. By keeping information accurate, supporting appointments and working closely with clinicians and colleagues, you'll contribute to a seamless experience for patients while helping the service deliver high-quality healthcare outcomes.

  • Creating positive patient experiences through professional, responsive administrative support.
