Followmont Transport Pty Ltd in Mount Isa is seeking an Administration Officer for a full-time, permanent role. You will support customer service, handle enquiries, and maintain accurate records to ensure timely freight information.

The role uses TruckMate and Microsoft Office; you will work with a small team, enjoy weekly pay and leave entitlements, and have opportunities for internal progression across QLD and NSW.

Formación

• Passionate about providing quality administration and customer care & support.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office suite.
• Exposure to Transport, Logistics or Warehousing is highly regarded.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a small team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with customer enquiries via phone, email, and face to face.
• Provide detailed tracking and reporting on freight movements/deliveries, including reporting on misdirected freight.
• Utilise various Internal Systems and Microsoft Office Programs (e.g., TruckMate, Outlook, Excel, Word).

The Opportunity:

• Full Time & Permanent | Monday to Friday
• Effectively assist with customer enquiries via phone, email, and face to face
• Provide detailed tracking and reporting on freight movements/deliveries, including reporting on misdirected freight
• Utilise various Internal Systems and Microsoft Office Programs - E.g. TruckMate, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc

About You:

• Computer Literacy - basic skills in Microsoft suite programs
• Exposure to Transport, Logistics or Warehousing - Highly Regarded
