Followmont Transport Pty Ltd in Townsville is seeking a Local HC Driver to join our dedicated Townsville team. This full-time, permanent role focuses on safe, accurate deliveries and exceptional customer service. You’ll drive a modern fleet, use PDAs to scan freight, follow procedures, and maintain a steady, methodical pace.

Training is provided and opportunities to grow into MC roles exist. You’ll work Monday to Friday 7:00am-3:06pm with overtime on offer; be home every night and benefit from

Qualifications

• Hold a current Heavy Combination Licence with experience.
• Forklift licence is desirable but not essential.
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen.

About the role:

Position: Full‑time, permanent

Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:00am - 3:06pm with over time on offer.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
• Hold a current Heavy Combination Licence with experience
• Forklift licence and experience desirable but not essential
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen, and a criminal history check
