St Vincent’s Hospital Network invites applications for two Administration Officer positions at The Kinghorn Cancer Centre in Sydney. The roles are permanent full-time (3 days/week) and (4 days/week) with set days Monday, Tuesday and Friday and some flexibility.

Pay sits around $73,915–$76,218 plus super and salary packaging. The roles involve front-desk duties, booking coordination, records management and support for clinical trials within a renowned hospital precinct.

  • Be the friendly first point of contact for patients, families and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing appointments, enquiries and phone calls.
  • Keep the department running smoothly by coordinating clinic bookings, transport, interpreter services and liaising with teams across the hospital.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, prepare correspondence and reports, and ensure all documentation is processed efficiently and confidentially.
  • Support a range of administrative activities, including clinical trials, country clinics and other services that help deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Work closely with a supportive team, contributing to continuous improvements and providing administrative support across the department as needed.

  • High attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office and electronic patient management systems.
