Job summary

St Vincent’s Health Australia is seeking two Administration Officer roles at The Kinghorn Cancer Centre in Sydney. These permanent positions offer 3 days or 4 days per week schedules, with core days Monday, Tuesday and Friday and flexibility as required.

You will handle patient contacts, bookings, records and confidential documentation to support high‑quality patient care. Responsibilities include coordinating services, supporting clinical trials and multiple clinics, and maintaining efficient

  • Salary: $ 73,915.12 -$76,218.80+ super + salary packaging

About The Role

About You

  • High attention to detail and confidence using Microsoft Office and electronic patient management systems.
