Job summary

St Vincent's Private Hospital Sydney is seeking a Receptionist to join the Ambulatory Care Unit on a casual basis, 24/32 hours a week with possible extra cover. You will handle patient queries via email, SMS, in person, and phone, providing accurate and timely information while coordinating with the clinical team to resolve issues.

Ideal candidates will have proven customer-support experience, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information

  • A patient, positive, and empathetic approach.
  • (Preferred) Experience in healthcare, with an understanding of the sensitivities involved.

About the role

This role will sit in our Ambulatory Care Unit and will be casual 24/32 hours a week and may include extra cover if needed. We can discuss part time also.
