Receptionist - Casual (24/32 hours/week) at ACC St Vincent's Private Hospital Sydney.

Salary: $36.45 per hour (plus casual loading) + Super.

About the role

This role will sit in our Ambulatory Care Unit and will be casual 24/32 hours a week and may include extra cover if needed. We can discuss part time also.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to patient queries across multiple channels (email, SMS, in person, and phone).
  • Provide accurate, clear, and timely information.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to resolve issues.
  • Advocate for patient needs.
  • Deliver a seamless, 5-star patient experience through clear communication and realistic expectation-setting.

  • (Preferred) Experience in healthcare, with an understanding of the sensitivities involved.
