Our Administration Coordinator – Home Based Care plays a central role in keeping the program coordinated, compliant and moving with purpose.The position strengthens the systems behind safe, stable and high‑quality care through sharp organisation, clear communication and a strong commitment to child‑centred, culturally safe and trauma‑informed practice.Key responsibilities include championing effective administrative processes, maintaining accurate records, supporting caregiver assessments and reviews, preparing essential documentation, and delivering core compliance training that equips new staff for success. These functions ensure practitioners and carers have the right information, tools and structures to create nurturing environments for children and young people.The role works collaboratively across Brophy, Child Protection, First Nations‑led organisations and community partners, bringing clarity and steadiness to complex or time‑critical situations. Operating with initiative, professional judgement and a future‑focused mindset, the position contributes to workflow guidance, team culture and ongoing service improvement.This is a role for someone energised by purposeful systems, organised environments and meaningful impact, helping build the conditions where children, young people and carers can flourish.
