IFYS in Maroochydore is seeking an Administration Assistant to join the Youth Transition Services team. The role provides high-quality administrative support, enabling the team to deliver positive outcomes for disengaged young people.
The position is permanent part-time (45 hours per fortnight) with a base salary of $71,500 pro rata per annum plus superannuation and not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 annually. Training, wellbeing benefits and EAP are included.

IFYS has an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our Youth Transition Services (YTS) team.
This role plays a vital part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring administrative processes are efficient, accurate, and responsive to the needs of the team. Working within an established team environment, you will provide high-quality administrative support and help enable positive outcomes for young people experiencing disengagement and other life challenges.
As the Administration Assistant, you will report directly to the Team Leader and work closely with program staff to support the smooth operation of Youth Transition Services.
