Job summary

AMS Group, based in Brisbane, is seeking a part-time Administration Assistant to join our Queensland Operations in Banyo. You will handle day-to-day administrative tasks including customer and supplier administration, reporting, data entry, stock control and office coordination.

Reporting to the Administration Manager, the role offers variety in a fast-paced environment and supports a growing mobility services business across Australia with an onsite Brisbane location and free parking.

We're currently looking for a part-time Administration Assistant to join our Queensland Operations team based in Banyo.

Reporting to the Administration Manager, you'll provide day-to-day administrative support across our Queensland operations. No two days are the same, with responsibilities spanning customer and supplier administration, reporting, data entry, stock administration and office coordination.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage shared inboxes, enquiries and system updates
• Maintain accurate records, documentation and data entry
• Support reporting, admin processes and operational activities
• Process purchase orders, invoices and supplier administration
• Assist with stock administration and ERP transactions

You'll Bring:

• Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills
• Confident managing competing priorities and deadlines
• Confident using Microsoft 365, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
• A proactive, service-focused approach and can-do attitude

Nice to Have:

• Experience using Dynamics 365 or a similar ERP system
• Exposure to operations, logistics, inventory or finance environments
• Experience with purchase orders, invoicing or supplier administration
