AMS Group in Melbourne is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join a dynamic finance team. You will manage end-to-end AP activities, process invoices and payments, and maintain supplier records with accuracy and timeliness.

This permanent, full-time role offers hybrid working arrangements and the opportunity to contribute to month-end close, audits, and process improvements across the finance function. Strong communication, initiative, and NetSuite experience are highly desirable.

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, you'll manage end-to-end Accounts Payable activities across multiple business units, ensuring invoices, payments, reconciliations, and supplier relationships are managed accurately and efficiently.
