Job summary

Betta Home Living in Rockhampton is seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team. The role focuses on front-of-store administration: answering phone, liaising with staff and customers, processing invoices and all general duties.

You will contribute to a welcoming customer experience and support the sales team while maintaining accurate records and efficient day-to-day operations. This is a role with growth within a family-owned business.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel in particular) and strong written/verbal communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Administration Assistant to join our team in Rockhampton. This is a front of store administration position; answering phone, liaising with staff and customers, processing invoices and all general duties.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Customer service and front of store/counter duties.
• Handling phone calls and email enquiries.
• Processing customer invoices and payments.
• Directing customers in store and liaising with the sales team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• General administration duties to assist with the day-to-day operations.

What you’ll need to be successful

• Sound understanding of Microsoft suite including excel.
