As the Training Site Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the team at our client’s Lake Lindsay operation. This role will involve managing reporting, documentation, data entry, and general site administration while supporting processes including work orders, asset management, and inventory coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within a busy mining environment.
Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Training team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of site documentation.
Process and maintain records using SAP, including purchase requisitions, work orders, and training‑related documentation.
Manage site administration, including vehicle records, oil sample processing, pre‑start documentation, leave forms, uniform orders, visitor requests, and maintaining accurate filing systems.
Previous experience in an administration or site support role, preferably within mining, industrial, construction, or a similar operational environment.
Strong data entry and document management skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel), with previous SAP experience highly regarded.
Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks, maintain organised records, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with site personnel and stakeholders.
A proactive approach, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
