Job summary

EML Group in Melbourne is seeking an Administration Assistant to join our supportive, purpose-driven team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role focuses on providing essential administrative support to Case Managers and claims teams, helping to move claims forward with care and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in a fast-paced role with a customer service focus.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging with a range of people.
  • An empathetic and professional approach when handling sensitive information and situations.
  • A proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and contribute to a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Case Managers and claims teams to help keep claims moving.
  • Request, organise and follow up on information and documentation from relevant stakeholders.
  • Respond to enquiries and liaise with internal teams, providers and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim records across relevant systems.
  • Prepare correspondence, documents and reports to support claims management activities.
  • Coordinate tasks and follow-ups to ensure work is completed within required timeframes.
