As our Administration and Tenancy Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for precinct partners, visitors and contractors, while managing the administrative side of tenancy delivery from lease execution through to trade. The role balances customer service, tenancy delivery administration, accounts receivable support and office coordination, making it a varied and rewarding role. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will work closely with the Tenancy Delivery Manager, Legal, Operations and the wider Precinct Management team. This is an on-site role based at our Precinct Management Office.
