We are seeking a proactiveTenancy Delivery Managerto drive the tenancy delivery process across both Cockburn Gateway Shopping City and Belmont Forum.
In this role, you will work closely with our Leasing, Retail Design, and Centre Management Teams to ensure seamless tenancy transitions—maximising efficiency and enhancing our return on investment. From initial planning to project completion, you will play a key role in ensuring new fit-outs and refurbishments are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
You will need to be tertiary qualified and have experience within a similar role or project management within the Property sector, coupled with a practical understanding of common law, contract law, the Trade Practices Act,retail leases and retail lease legislation.
You will have the ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously and to tight deadlines and to be able to coordinate with a range of subcontractors on site, combined with excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across a wide range of stakeholders.
You will need strong analytical and financial skills, comprehensive and practical knowledge of building codes and regulations, as well as proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
