We believe great technicians should have the opportunity to earn more. You'll receive commissions on sales, along with additional bonus and reward opportunities.
A sign-on bonus is available for the right experienced candidate joining our team.

There are pathways beyond simply being a technician, whether your strengths are technical, termite management, leadership, training, sales or operations.
You’re not expected to know absolutely everything or work everything out on your own. You’ll have experienced technicians, team leaders and technical management around you when you need help.
You’ll have a fully equipped company vehicle and the right tools and technology you need to do the job properly.
We notice the people who put in the effort, look after customers, help their teammates and take pride in their work.
We work hard, but we also make time for team events, celebrations and getting everyone together outside the normal workday.
Depending on your qualifications and experience, your work may include:
General residential and commercial pest control
Termite inspections
Termite treatments and management systems
Providing customers with clear, professional advice
Identifying additional pest or termite risks and recommending appropriate solutions
Completing digital reports and documentation
Maintaining your vehicle, equipment and stock to a high standard
Working with our office and technical teams to provide a genuinely great customer experience
We aren't looking for someone who just wants to race through a job list.
We want someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers and wants to be known as a good technician.
Ideally, you'll have:
A current Pest Management Licence
Termite Management qualifications, highly regarded
Previous pest control industry experience
A current driver's licence
Good communication and customer service skills
Pride in the quality of your work
A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
An interest in continuing to learn and improve
