seek.com.au is seeking motivated Pest Control Technicians in Sydney to inspect, treat and prevent pest activity across residential and commercial sites. Full training, a company vehicle and ongoing support are provided.

Whether you are a trainee or licensed technician, you’ll join a team that values safety, quality service and long-term relationships with customers as you develop your career. You’ll work with termite inspection services and may work with detector dogs; overtime and uncapped

As a Pest Control Technician, you'll work across both residential and commercial customer sites, delivering exceptional customer service while helping protect homes and businesses from pests. No two days are the same, and you'll enjoy the autonomy of managing your own territory while building long-term relationships with customers.

A unique aspect of this role is the opportunity to work alongside highly trained termite detection dogs, supporting industry-leading termite inspection services across Sydney.

About the Role

As a Pest Control Technician, you will:

• Conduct pest inspections and identify pest activity

• Deliver effective pest control treatments and preventative solutions

• Build strong and lasting customer relationships

• Provide professional advice and recommendations

• Complete service reports using mobile technology

• Maintain high safety and compliance standards

• Service a variety of residential and commercial customers across Sydney

• Assist with termite inspections and prevention services

• Work alongside termite detection dog handlers where required

About You

We're looking for people who are reliable, customer-focused and eager to learn.

You'll have:

• A current Australian Driver Licence

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Confidence using smartphones and mobile technology

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

• A strong commitment to safety and professionalism

• The ability to pass a police check

Licensed Technicians

Current General Pest and/or Timber Pest Licence highly regarded.

Trainees
