Job summary

Axalta seeks an experienced Sales Representative to maintain and grow sales in the South Australian automotive refinish market. You will manage an existing customer portfolio, develop new opportunities, and provide product solutions while nurturing relationships with body shops, dealerships, and commercial customers.

You will promote Axalta ranges, deliver technical support, and collaborate with service, warehouse, and technical teams to drive growth. A current driver’s licence is required.

Qualifications

• Previous B2B sales experience in automotive refinish or related industries.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned customer territory.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Promote Axalta and associated product ranges.
• Provide product recommendations and technical support to customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.
• Deliver sales growth in line with budget targets.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
• Work closely with internal customer service, warehouse, and technical teams. Maintain CRM and customer records.
• Support promotional campaigns, product launches and training activities.
