Job summary

Ezytrail is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Adelaide (Blair Athol) branch. You’ll own the branch as a business, accountable for sales, profitability and customer experience, while guiding a hands-on team on the shop floor.

You’ll drive end-to-end branch operations, including staffing, show preparations and daily execution, with strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and leadership at pace in a national network. This role includes a company vehicle and close collaboration with Head Office.

Qualifications

• Proven branch management or senior operations leadership experience in caravan/RV/retail.
• Strong commercial awareness with accountability for results.
• Genuine customer focus with ability to resolve concerns before escalation.
• Track record of leading and developing teams in fast-paced customer-facing business.
• Strong organisational skills to manage staffing, workload and priorities at peak periods.
• Experience planning or running events, trade shows or expos is highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
• Clear verbal and written communication with Head Office and external stakeholders.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, CRM and business systems; quick to learn new tools.
• Resilient, composed under pressure and practical.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of branch results: sales, margin and operating costs.
• Lead customer experience from first enquiry to handover and after-sales support.
• Ensure smooth daily branch operations: staffing, coverage, priorities and delegation.
• Lead caravan/camping show setup: displays, staffing and logistics with Show Team.
• Coordinate branch readiness for handovers, peak periods and show-driven demand.
• Maintain discipline across sales, delivery, service, warranty, stock and presentation.
• Identify better procedures to lift productivity and branch performance.
• Lead, coach and motivate the team; foster accountability and growth.
• Maintain open communication with Head Office; escalate risks promptly.
• Collaborate with Sales, Warranty & After Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing.
