Travellers Autobarn in Sydney is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our NSW operation with hands-on leadership and a focus on delivering great customer experiences. You’ll manage a small team, run the Sydney branch, supervise campervan fleet care, and drive sales and profitability.

This role is fast-paced and performance-driven, offering strong training, support from our global head office, and a clear path to leadership growth within the business.

Qualifikationen

• Full Australian working rights.
• A valid driver's licence.
• Strong practical, mechanical, or handyman skills.
• Confident leading people and taking responsibility.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Comfort using computers, apps and administration systems.
• Genuine interest in committing to the role and growing with the business.
• Bonus points for experience in automotive, campervans, rentals, tourism, or hospitality.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.

Aufgaben

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Sydney branch.
• Lead, train, and develop a small team.
• Ensure campervan fleet is safe, clean, maintained, and road-ready.
• Carry out practical campervan repairs within your skills (12V systems, cabinetry, windows, appliances).
• Coordinate mechanical repairs, servicing, tyres, windscreens, and panel work.
• Deliver excellent customer service and solve problems as they arise.
• Manage branch KPIs, maintenance records, suppliers, and operating expenses.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Drive sales of insurance, add-ons, and campervans.
