Job summary

Bargain Car Rentals seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Adelaide operation. Based at the Adelaide branch, you will oversee day-to-day customer-facing activities, drive sales, manage fleet logistics and ensure service excellence across the site.

You will coach a high-performing team, recruit and develop staff, and collaborate with senior leaders to achieve KPIs while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading branches or multi-site teams.
• Experience managing 10+ employees.
• Driver Licence (Australian) is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Adelaide branch.
• Lead, coach and develop the branch team to high performance.
• Drive sales and commercial results while optimising fleet utilisation.
• Ensure compliance with policies, WHS, and procedures.
• Manage fleet logistics, presentation and service standards.
• Recruit, onboard and train staff; manage performance.
