Redspot Car Rentals, an Australian-owned company, is seeking a Branch Manager for the Coburg Branch in Melbourne. Report to the Regional Operations Manager VIC/SA/WA. Lead a small team to drive fleet performance, develop commercial relationships and manage branch operations.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive customer-focused outcomes in a fast-paced environment. A valid licence and ability to obtain a traffic history report are needed.

About the Role

We are seeking a Branch Manager based out of our CoburgBranch to join our team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager VIC/SA/WA.

Responsibilities

• Maximise fleet utilisation within the branch through building and maintaining local commercial relationships
• Engage in business development initiatives
• Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
• Manage maintenance, servicing and other requirements to maintain commercial fleet Encourage team members, including communicating team goals.
• Control expenditure and budgets for branch
• WH&S and facilities management (maintenance, repair, development, contract review)
• Compliance, administration, and reporting

Your Experience

• Leadership experience in a small team
• Experience with commercial vehicles/customers (preferred)
• Proven business development and management skills, preferably with commercial clientele or commercial vehicles
• Understanding of operational measures to improve branch operations
• Proven experience providing leadership, direction, support and motivation to team members.
