Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Officer in Clarence Gardens, Adelaide, to join our team on a part-time basis. You will greet customers, process rental agreements, and upsell additional services while aiming to meet sales targets.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays in a fast-paced environment. Car rental experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in renting vehicles based on preferences.
• Process rental agreements accurately and efficiently.
• Promote and upsell additional products and services.
• Address inquiries and concerns promptly with a service-first approach.
• Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Inspect vehicles before and after rental periods for damages.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, services and products to aid sales.
• Build strong customer relationships for repeat business.
• Detailing and cleaning vehicles to business standards.
• Refuel and transport vehicles as needed.
