Job summary

Alimentiv is seeking an ERP System Administrator (Acumatica) to own and optimise its Acumatica ERP platform across Finance, Procurement, Logistics and Project Accounting. You will collaborate with Finance and business stakeholders, manage upgrades, maintain integrations and deliver process improvements.

Applicants should bring 5+ years of hands-on Acumatica experience, strong knowledge of ERP finance processes, and experience with Celigo integrations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Acumatica administration experience, including Finance and related modules.
• Hands-on experience administering and configuring Acumatica functionality, including Generic Inquiries, Business Events, push notifications and approval workflows.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Acumatica major-version upgrades, including risk assessment and testing.
• Hands-on SAP Concur experience within invoice processing and AP workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for the Acumatica ERP platform, managing configuration, user access, security and workflows.
• Configure Acumatica functionality including AP, AR, GL, Project Accounting, billing and reporting.
• Design and implement solutions using native Acumatica capabilities and custom reporting.
• Partner with Finance and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements.
• Support procurement functionality, including vendor management, requisitions and purchase orders.
• Own the SAP Concur–Acumatica integration via Celigo and monitor data flows.
• Support other ERP integrations with documentation of architecture and data mappings.
• Lead upgrades with risk assessments, testing, validation and post-upgrade stabilization.
• Troubleshoot issues with vendors and internal teams; reduce vendor dependency over time.
• Maintain change governance and ensure proper documentation of configurations.
