Job summary

DOOGOOD AUSTRALIA in Melbourne is seeking a highly organised Accounts Payable Officer to join our office administration team. You will own end-to-end AP processes, code and approve supplier invoices, and maintain vendor master data within the MYOB Acumatica ERP in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in AP, strong cash-flow understanding, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable within a manufacturing/high-volume environment.
• Strong understanding of GL and cash flow concepts, with attention to accuracy.
• Experience with MYOB Acumatica ERP is essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable processes in MYOB Acumatica.
• Code, approve, and process supplier invoices in a timely manner.
• Maintain supplier/vendor master data and relationships.
• Support month-end activities and reporting for management.
• Ensure internal controls and financial procedures are followed.
