Job summary

Leverage Technologies is seeking an experienced MYOB Acumatica Consultant with hands-on manufacturing or wholesale distribution experience to guide clients through effective implementations. You will focus on configuration, process alignment, training and adoption as part of a dedicated ERP consulting team.

You will be supported by project managers and colleagues to concentrate on solution design, client outcomes and practical ERP solutions rather than heavy customization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years ERP system experience, with at least 2 years in MYOB Acumatica consulting/implementation.
• Experience in manufacturing or wholesale distribution and inventory management.
• Strong understanding of core operational processes and workflows.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced MYOB Acumatica Consultant with practical manufacturing or wholesale distribution experience to join our consulting team. In this role, you will use your industry knowledge to guide clients through effective MYOB Acumatica implementations, with a focus on configuration, process alignment, training and adoption.

You will be supported by dedicated project managers and other experienced team members, allowing you to focus on functional consulting, client outcomes and practical ERP solutions rather than heavy customisation.

Location: Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or Perth | Hybrid/Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Client engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their operational processes, business requirements and improvement opportunities, offering practical advice on MYOB Acumatica solutions.
• System configuration: Configure MYOB Acumatica to align with client‑specific business needs, ensuring strong usability, performance and process fit.
• Training and support: Deliver tailored training sessions and provide ongoing support to help client teams adopt the system confidently and effectively.
• Process improvement: Analyse manufacturing and distribution workflows and recommend process enhancements that improve efficiency, visibility and return on investment.
• Industry expertise: Apply your hands‑on operational experience to understand client challenges and bridge the gap between business processes and ERP technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
• Practical experience in manufacturing, wholesale distribution, operations, supply chain, inventory management, logistics, production or distribution, followed by ERP implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of core operational processes, including inventory management, procurement, sales order processing, warehouse operations, production planning and supply chain workflows.
• Minimum of 5 years of ERP system experience, with at least 2 years in MYOB Acumatica consulting/implementation.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate operational requirements into practical system functionality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
