Solutions+ is seeking a Senior Consultant – MYOB Acumatica to lead the successful delivery of ERP engagements from design through go-live and beyond. You will own design, configuration, testing readiness, and training, while driving continuous improvement.

Based in Australia, this role offers a hybrid model with national coverage and a focus on customer success, ensuring a smooth transition from delivery to support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience implementing MYOB Acumatica.
• Strong finance functional experience with exposure to supply chain, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management.

We are looking for a Senior Consultant – MYOB Acumatica to join our Delivery team.

This is a senior, hands-on role accountable for leading client engagements end-to-end, ensuring strong delivery outcomes, and supporting continuity into post-go-live support and customer success.

Experience in AU taxation, company setup and payroll is highly desirable.

About the Role

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead the successful delivery of MYOB Acumatica ERP engagements from design through to go-live and beyond. This includes ongoing support and customer success.

You will take ownership of solution design, configuration, and delivery quality, while also contributing to continuous improvement across the practice.

We would prefer Adelaide based but will consider applicants across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

Engagement Leadership

• Lead workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design activities
• Manage solution workstreams across multiple engagements, ensuring delivery aligns to scope, timeline, and quality expectations
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients throughout delivery

Solution Design & Delivery

• Design and configure MYOB Acumatica solutions to deliver key business outcomes and process improvements for clients
• Ensure high-quality testing, validation, and readiness prior to client review or go-live
• Oversee customer training, knowledge transfer, and adoption activities

Team & Delivery Discipline

• Provide oversight and guidance across engagements to ensure consistent delivery quality and standards
• Uphold Solutions+ delivery standards and methodology
• Contribute to resolving complex customer scenarios where required

Customer Success & Continuity

• Ensure a seamless transition from project delivery to support
• Support post-go-live activities and ongoing customer success in collaboration with the Support team

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years' experience implementing MYOB Acumatica
• Strong functional experience across finance, with exposure to supply chain, distribution, or manufacturing
• Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, and solution design capability
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and testing standards
• Commercial awareness and ability to balance quality, time, and scope
• Valid Australian work rights or visa are required to be eligible for this position
