Job summary

Preacta Recruitment is seeking an ERP Applications Manager to own the core ERP and business systems across Supply Chain and Operations. You will lead a small support team, coordinate with external vendors, and balance day-to-day stability with transformation initiatives.

Experience across ERP platforms and a background in supply chain or manufacturing is valuable. Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving are essential for driving practical tech solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience across ERP systems, including management, analysis or project delivery.
• Background in supply chain, wholesale, distribution or manufacturing.
• Ability to translate operational needs into practical technology solutions.
• Strong stakeholder communication and ownership of initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of ERP and related business applications to ensure stability.
• Lead a small team responsible for application support and issue resolution.
• Serve as senior escalation point coordinating vendors and partners.
• Collaborate with Finance, Warehousing, Inventory and Field Service to improve processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, data quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate enhancements, testing and change management.
• Contribute to future ERP transformation including mapping and evaluation.
